Envelope Punch - Product Review

How many "tools" have you collected and thought "what was I thinking"?  I don't want to talk about them.  But this tool I do.  The We Are Memory Keepers Envelope Punch is really terrific.  I finally caved in yesterday and got one.  I was so amazed at how easy it is to make an envelope, I ended making around a dozen.  Admittedly I goofed the first two because I didn't fully read the instructions.  But once I did...wow...I couldn't stop making them.

I made two cards today and mailed them off in their own custom envelopes.   It's possible that the recipients will like the envelope as much as the enclosed card.  I used heavy printed card stock from Club Scrap and Graphic 45 for the envies below.  The dark busy printed one will need a lighter label of some kind.  But I didn't bother to decorate the envelope due to the attractive papers.  They stand on their own.

  3. I have used mine a ton since I got it! I have been tearing pretty pages from M.Stewart mags, using vellum/translucent I got on sale from Club Scrap. Just gotta remember not to press too hard with the bone folder or the thinner papers rip.

  4. By the way, there is a really fun mini-book done using one envelope from each of the measurements in the 1st column - it's on YouTube by Gentleman Jim. He uses TH papers. Looks great!
